3. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
• Once an order has been shipped, Pretty Poussoir LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products (personal care items), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Exception (Limited 30-Day Window):
If you receive the wrong item or a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo proof. If approved, we will issue a replacement for the affected item.

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.
• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
